Shipping Policy - The Basics 

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • ●  USA: 3–4 business days

  • ●  Europe: 6–8 business days

  • ●  Australia: 2–14 business days

  • ●  Japan: 4–8 business days

  • ●  International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We have facilities worldwide! so depending on where you are, your orders are packaged and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • ●  Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • ●  Ask your local post office if they have your package

  • ●  Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

    If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [insert your support email here] with your order number.

    If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@seventrey.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@seventrey.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Return Policy

The following merchandise return policy applies to merchandise purchased at Seven Trey LLC and Seven Trey Theaters owned-and-operated locations ONLY.

 

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for items purchased at Operating Participant locations; Seven Trey outlet stores; the Seven Trey megaplex; seventrey.com; The Seven Trey Theaters in D.C, California; or stores at Aulani.

 

Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in original unopened packaging with all original tags and tickets attached, except as noted in the Special Products and Exceptions section below. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase, or if the merchandise has been used or worn.

 

For Merchandise Returned WITH an Original Receipt Within 30 Days of Purchase: A full refund will be provided in the same form of payment that was used for the purchase. Refunds to a card account will only be provided if the original card account is still valid. If the original card account is no longer valid, a refund will be issued in the form of Seven Trey Merchandise Credit. If a refund is requested by phone or email, purchases made with cash and compliant with the return policy will be refunded in the form of a Seven Trey Gift Card eGift.

 

For Merchandise Returned WITHOUT an Original Receipt Within 30 Days of Purchase: A Seven Trey Merchandise Credit may be issued in the amount of the current selling price of the merchandise returned. Guests may be required to present a valid government issued photo ID as proof of identity. We reserve the right to limit the number of returns permitted without valid receipts.

 

Special Products and Exceptions: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for merchandise that is sold “as-is” or “all sales final” or “no returns or exchanges” or “no refunds, exchanges or returns.”

 

Seven Trey Theaters Admission Tickets and Exchange Certificates may not be returned or exchanged.

 

Original artwork, jewelry items priced $150 or greater, Seven Trey products, subscriptions, memberships, and personalized or special order merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. Damaged or defective DVDs, Blu-ray™, audio, video games and software merchandise may only be exchanged for the same merchandise and title.

 

The Seven Trey Gift Card is not redeemable for cash. An unused Seven Trey Gift Card can be returned for the full amount to the original form of payment, provided the original sales receipt is presented. Gift receipts are not considered original sales receipts. Partial balances cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except as required by law. 

 

Gift-with-purchase or purchase-with-purchase items must be returned when the original purchase item is returned.

 

This return policy is subject to change, for any or no reason, from time to time at Seven Trey’s sole discretion without advance notice to its Guests.
